Day 1: On arrival, you will be picked by your happy guide then transfered to the hotel and check in. Depending on your arrival time, you can do a visit to the Botanical gardens to see a few bird species, flowers, some of the oldest trees.
Day 2: Kibale forest Nationalpark
Transfer to Kibale forest national park; the home to the primates. Here you have chances to see up to 13 species of primates including rhe black and white colubus monkeys, the grey cheeked mangabey, the chimpanzee and so many others.
Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking
In the morning, you will trasfer to the park headquarters and start chimpanzee tracking. In the afternoon, you will have a walk in the Bigodi swamp. This part of the park one finds lots of bird species including the great blue turaco, coucal among others. If lucky, you will also see some primate species up to about 7. This is beacuse they have a relaxation time right after a sumptous meal.
Day 4: Queen Elizabeth Nationalpark
After breakfast, you will then transfer to Queen elizabeth national park the most visited park in Uganda. This is the home to the lions, elephants, hyenas, buffaloes, antelopes and many other savannah animals. You will then have an evening game drive in the northern part of the park. On a lucky day, you can sight some.
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth Nationalpark
After an early breakfast, you will have a game drive. This park is a haven for over 500 different bird species. On the way back to the lodge, you will visit the salt lake. After lunch, you will have a boat cruise on the kazinga channel which connects the two lakes in the park. i.e Edward and George. It is known for having the highest population of hippoppotami in Africa. The boat cruise may last up to 3 hours and is colored by sights of water birds and other aquatic animals.
Day 6: On this day, you will transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park;the home of the mountain gorillas. In the evening, you will then have an afternoon village walk to get to know aboout the Ugandan way of life, people and their culture.
Day 7: Here comes the long awaited day for Gorilla tracking. These giant primates are an endangered species and Uganda alone has almost 50% of the world's population. This is a thrilling activity which may go up to 3 hours depending on where they spent the night. After this hike, you will then go back to the lodge and enjoy a relaxed evening with some music from this part of the country.
Day 8: Morning transfer to Mburo national park and have a boat trip on the lake in the afternoon. This is Uganda's smallest savannah park and you have chances to see the biggest antelope species; the Eland although it is very shy. In addition, you will see some other antelope species like the Impalas, Waterbucks, oribis, bush bucks. There are also some buffaloes, leopards which can be seen on a lucky day.
Day 9: A morning game drive will be done to see the habitat for the biggest antelope species ;the Eland and other species of mammals like the buffaloes, the warthogs and so much more. Afterwards, then you will drive to Kampala via the equator.
Day 10: Morning drive to Kampala and check into the hotel for a shower after which you will drive to the airport in Entebbe. On this day, lunch will be at the equator where you could also buy some souvenirs, take a look at some experiments.

What to Know
You will visit different places which have changing temperature ranges. Basing on the activities you will do on this trip, you wil need some gears for the various activities.
You will need a pair of tracking shoes, trousers, a long-sleeved shirt in the rain forest, a walking stick (although we have some at the park headquarters), some warm clothing, vests as it sometimes gets warmer, a pair of sun glasses, a pair of binoculars and a camera.
About the Destination
In total, you will visit the following places: Entebbe town, Kampala, Fort portal, Kasese, Kisoro, Mbarara and Masaka.
These are all on different altitudes as I earlier explained.
All these towns are different right from the culture, language and beliefs. So you have a very rich cultural trail on this tour.
We know that Uganda has about 56 different languages spoken all over the country so the ethnicities are also varying.
Things to Do
The major activities to do on leisure include: village walks, interactions with people in the community, music, dance and drama from children in these places.
To elaborate more on the village walks, they are for particular destinations in the surroundings like the traditional healer, a hospital, the Batwa (Pygmies) trail and water falls or even a well to see where people get water in the village setting.
